PerformCare embraces the principle of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). We understand that our partners want to make sure their members are receiving quality service and employ thorough yet cost-effective measuring techniques to ensure quality, including:

  • Measuring the cost of doing business
  • Measuring our performance as a collaborative partner
  • Measuring the experiences of our members

The Quality Improvement (QI) program monitors the progress of CQI and reporting across all operations. PerformCare has achieved and maintains full accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Managed Behavioral Healthcare Organization (MBHO) for Medicaid populations, and meets all NCQA standards for its delegated programs with health plans.
